Offering the greatest possible flexibility for your internal processes

Speed up workflow, optimise processes, avoid mistakes, reduce costs - digitisation will simplify and accelerate paperwork with all types of documents in a series of steps designed to cater specifically to internal business requirements. You might like to know that IMR will first assess the challenges you face and conduct an extensive test run to prove that the solution is fit for purpose in the given environment and for the given application.

Four simple steps to more efficient invoice management

As a specialist in data acquisition and data plausibility checking, IMR has developed a four-step solution for its customers to make invoice management radically simpler:

Data acquisition and invoice verification

You forward your vendor invoices to IMR - as originals, copies or JPEG scans. IMR scans the invoices, checking them for plausibility at the same time. IMR also checks whether they match your master data which are stored in a special database. Any discrepancies are noted, as are any new master data which need to be input - from the header and footer data to the line items.

Presentation of results to the customer

The records are emailed to your accounting department as part of the reporting service. You are kept informed of events as they happen and can issue guidelines as to how to manage similar cases which crop up in the future. The internal coordination processes between your departments continue as usual.

Reporting

Not only does IMR scan the whole invoice but it also enters all the data including the individual line items (quantities, unit costs), the different rates of value added tax which apply under article 14 of the German Turnover Tax Law (UStG), and any discounts and credit items - thereby verifying all the invoice details. Your specific instructions are followed right through to account allocation, and are managed and accommodated by way of a reporting process.

Archiving

The resulting files will be provided in your preferred data format. IMR will also make the processed invoices available for you to import into your electronic archive system - from indexes to images. A hosting service can be provided on request, using IMR's own archive system.
