Certified document destruction

This is part of the IMR service package and is carried out under contract with Waiblingen-based company REISSWOLF.

Documents are shredded strictly subject to the written authorisation of the customer in a series of steps as outlined below:

Documents gathered in sealed security containers at IMR

REISSWOLF

Sealed containers collected and handover procedure logged

Containers transported in custom-built REISSWOLF security vehicles

Premises and shredding area subject to visual, acoustic and electronic security measures

Shredded material transferred to hermetically sealed chambers

Certified destruction process meeting top security standards and exceeding the requirements set out in the German Data Protection Act (BDSG)

Quality control

Containers exchanged and collected by REISSWOLF employees who are contractually bound to abide by article 5 of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG)

Regular external security audits at every REISSWOLF site

Continuous optimisation of processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 (quality management audit)

Certification of conformity with German Ordinance on Specialised Waste Management Companies (EfbV)
